Talk & Lift

This product is a speech recognition electronic device that is adjusted on the electronic board of an elevators cabin, and through the use of speech technology the elevators user can actually talk to the elevator saying the floor that he/she wishes to go within a building.

The software system of the speech recognition has been designed and developed in order to recognize the voice of any given user, independently of the tone or loudness of his/her voice. In short, the main function of Talk & Lift is to transform the voice of the elevators user into an additional press of the button on the board of an elevator.

Beyond the aforementioned function, Talk & Lift is connected, through a GSM system, to a phone network (mobile or/and fixed line) that allows the user to contact emergency services (e.g. fire-station, hospital, police, etc) in case of an emergency situation inside the cabin of an elevator. Finally, Talk & Lift can be connected to a screen close to the board of an elevator, on which the user can see the floor that he/she is going to.
